My approach is rooted in gentleness, nervous system awareness, and real-life practice — not self-improvement pressure. This work isn’t about fixing you, but understanding you. I offer a Walk & Sit mentorship model with structured support through conversation, observation, and real-life integration.

The Practical Belonging Mentorship

This is a structured 4-week mentorship with two weekly meetings: a walking conversation and a seated session. We use those sessions to talk through what’s happening, reflect on patterns, and apply changes in your day-to-day life.

Before we begin any mentorship work, we start with a short conversation. This gives us both a chance to see if the work is a good fit, talk through what you’re looking for, and answer any questions. There’s no pressure — just a clear starting point.
